PENTA assigns a project team comprised of a Principal, Project Manager and selected lead professionals from each discipline to meet the specific needs of the project. Team members are selected based upon a combination of qualifications, experience, availability and understanding of the type of work to be executed.
Our multi-disciplinary team working as a task-force is key to maintaining exceptional communications and completing projects on time and within budget.
Our project managers are highly experienced in communication, scheduling, time management and other skills appropriate for effective project management. In turn, our project managers have at their disposal access to daily reports from the company network on resource utilization.
Over the years we have continually improved our project, procurement and contract management methodology and assembled our knowledge into our Project Management Manual. This Manual provides the guidelines for our project teams regarding good practice and methods to execute effective projects. Our clients gain from our operational excellence by bringing their new facilities on-line quicker and at a lower cost resulting in a higher return-on-investment.
Excellent project management and planning are absolutely essential for a successful project. PENTA is working on obtaining ISO 9000 registration utilizing standards that already are in practice. |
