PENTA Engineering is proud to announce the completion of the first stage of implementation of its Project Management Standardization.
With offices in four continents PENTA has encountered the need to find means to bridge cultural, practice and individual differences in the way its units perform work for PENTA’s valued clientele.
“As PENTA has grown so has the need to make work carried out by its different units seamless “said Jorge Lerena” Operations Manager for the multinational Engineering Firm.
Frank Benavides the company CEO indicated “Our offices have always worked well together, with our clients’ needs being met in a timely fashion and within the parameters established with them. Searching for additional benefits to offer them we have re-evaluated and systematically improved all aspects of our Project Management procedures to be able to perform all tasks utilizing best practices which result in projects being carried in the most sustainable and efficient possible manner”.
“We have always understood the need of being on time and within budget; knowing well that as the number of participants and suppliers from different parts of the world increases, the challenge to make the time-budget equation work, we find it imperative to understand the technical aspects of a project as well as those cultural and practical issues that will affect performance”. “With a large staff that includes people from four continents we were able to evaluate our procedures in a manner that increased direct and productive flow of information” Subhash Mohan, Chairman of the Board added.
