NEW PRESIDENT OF PENTA INDUSTRIAL CORP.

Gerald L. [Jerry] Young was recently appointed President of PENTA Industrial Corporation.

This appointment is effective January 1, 2007. Jerry holds a Bachelors degree in chemistry from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a Masters degree in Management from the University of Redlands. Prior to joining PENTA Engineering Corporation in 1994 as a Senior Process Engineer, Jerry had a successful manufacturing management career in the cement industry. At PENTA Engineering Corporation, Jerry was instrumental in the buildup of our Process and Environmental Engineering Department. Jerry most recently served as Executive Vice President of PENTA Engineering Corporation, a position he will continue to hold concurrently with his new responsibilities at PENTA Industrial Corporation. Jerry has authored numerous technical articles on environmental and process engineering issues related to the cement industry and he serves as an instructor for key Portland Cement Association technical courses and workshops. Per PENTA group CEO Frank Benavides, "Jerry's deep knowledge of management and finances and his past repeated success with clients and other qualifications have earned him this promotion".
