For many years, Senior PENTA staff has actively participated as instructors in various technical training seminars given by the Portland Cement Association. PENTA's staff is also actively involved in PCA sponsored regional workshops on an ongoing basis.

	With the 75th anniversary of the opening of the cement plant in Cartagena, Cementos Argos completes the first phase of the expansion of the plant. The investment had a cost of approximately 400 million US Dollars.
