WASTE HEAT RECOVERY (WHR)
PENTA has partnered with Transparent Energy Systems to provide WHR systems in the Americas
Gases containing waste heat can be recovered and converted to electrical energy.

PENTA has partnered with Transparent Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. (TESPL) of India to provide WHR systems for Cement and Lime plants in the Americas.

Kiln preheater and cooler exhaust gases contain a large amount of waste heat that can be recovered and converted to useful electrical energy.  The available thermal energy for power generation depends on several factors, such as equipment design and the heat requirement for drying raw materials and fuel.

TESPL designs special boilers that can stand up to high levels of the sticky and abrasive dust prevalent in the process exhaust gases.
