Who is PENTA?

PENTA is a family of engineers and designers, project managers, construction experts and other professionals working together to create a collaborative culture that is rare to find in today’s competitive professional environment. Customer Focus: Compared to some giants in our industry, PENTA is a relatively small company. But we think big to execute large jobs. Working at PENTA, you will use the latest technology such as 3D Design, Scanning and Drones, as well as, PENTA technical experts in process, structural, mechanical, electrical and control engineering execute our customer’s vision. You will get exposure to a variety and engineering challenges that ordinarily you wouldn’t get in a large company. And as an international company, opportunities abound to visit other countries and cultures.

Teamwork: We rely on project teams to get the work done.  In part, we accomplish this is through our “Go-To Expert Program.” At PENTA, everyone is recognized as a specific “Go-To Expert” within the organization.  We all have a strength to share and our “go-to experts” provide a source of knowledge for projects, analysis and other client or business needs.  At PENTA, we value the high degree of collaboration among executives, professionals and other staff members. As part of PENTA Learning Club (PLC), we promote sharing and expanding our knowledge by inviting Go-To Experts to present to fellow employees.

Career path: PENTA provides recent graduates opportunities for different career paths.  Some engineers move to project management and go on to manage multi-million-dollar projects. Some move to construction to manage field projects. Others find that honing their technical expertise in their engineering discipline and managing a team of engineers is where they are well-placed. Whatever path you choose, you will have the opportunity to travel the world and make an impact on a large-scale.
