Technical Training
PENTA's Technical Training programs are geared toward providing a systematic tranfer of technology in which the best technical practices of the industry are effectively taught and maintained. Rather than providing blanket solutions to technical and operating situations, PENTA places special emphasis on developing knowledge and skills of individual personnel.
|
To accomplish these goals, our Technical Training programs include the following phases:
- Determining the client's goals for the program
- Sending an experienced process specialist to the plant for two one-week periods during which the process specialist will work directly with individual operators, technical personnel and team leaders on the job. During this time, the process specialist will gather data and specifications, familiarize with the operators, and observe and constructively critique their operating techniques.
- Writing a customized training manual specific to our client's plant operations.
- Scheduling a one-week classroom training session for the operators, technical personnel, and team leaders.
