PENTA FORMS NEW BUSINESS UNIT
PEC Consulting Group to be dedicated to high level consulting services for the industries served by PENTA.

The Board of Directors of PENTA Engineering Corp. approved the formation of a new Business Unit, PEC Consulting Group, to be dedicated to high level consulting services for the industries served by PENTA. The Consulting Group will undertake Feasibility Studies, Audits, Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions, and Valuations.
Francisco (Frank) Benavides, Executive Director, has been assigned to lead this PENTA Business Unit.
