Contract Management

PENTA has many top executives who have worked for other major companies around the world and have been involved in many different types of Contracts.  When doing large construction projects, managing the contracts is the main method for controlling the project.  PENTA has the ability of breaking down the components of the contracts and making sure that everyone is striving to meet them.  For example is the steel quantities listed in the contract.  This would be tracked at all phases of the project, from engineering to fabrication to erection and if this were going out of control, PENTA would make suggestions for bringing this in line with the contract.  This tracking process is critical for making sure that contracts are met.
