Overview
PENTA has been completing lime kiln upgrade projects on an EPCM basis working closely together with all project stakeholders for a successful project completion. Managing a single-source provider like PENTA has allowed our clients to focus on the productivity and profitability of their operations.
Services Provided:
- Complete engineering services through all design development phases: front end engineering design, final (detail engineering), onsite engineering support during construction. Disciplines provided included structural engineering and mechanical engineering.
- Procurement support included equipment bid package development, coordination of equipment bid tabulation/evaluation/recommendation to client. Client made final selection. Supported client negotiations for procurement of equipment and construction services.
- Onsite construction manager for total duration of construction. Support from electrical vendor to supervise electrical installation.
- Commissioning (dry and wet commissioning), start up management and project close out.
