PENTA SOLUTIONS
Grinding Systems
Grinding systems are custom designed according to each client’s specific needs and conditions. In this way, we are able to integrate the new system with the plant’s equipment for the most efficient operation. PENTA is neutral to equipment brand, and can choose individual systems best suited to achieve customer requirements.
Helping you optimize your existing grinding process to maximize your facility’s reserves, output, and ROI is our main focus.
PENTA possesses a thorough understanding of best practices when it comes to plant operation, process and operation optimization, energy saving techniques, process control, and integrating the latest equipment and grinding systems. We can assist you in evaluating and optimizing your current operation, modifying and/or upgrading your existing grinding system to achieve a maximum sustainable production rate and improve system availability. We can also assist you with CAPEX requirements should your facility require a system upgrade and replacement of equipment.
We perform HAZOP studies within grinding and firing systems. A Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) evaluates potential risks to personnel operating in an industrial setting and is a key element to a comprehensive Process Safety Management (PSM) program. To learn more about the value of a HAZOP study for your facility, please reference this article written by Jagrut Upadhyay, a PENTA employee with the PEC Consulting Group.
