We assisted an equipment manufacturer at a cement plant in Missouri with the replacement of an existing drag conveyor feeding the VSK separator with a new air chute. The project included mechanical, electrical and civil/structural engineering, design criteria, calculations, bill of quantities and drawings, and the review of shop drawings.
In preparation for a large-scale repair job at a granite granules facility in Wisconsin, we scanned the mill building and created an RCAP file to be used in 3D models. This information was used to generate mechanical as-built drawings in plan, elevation and section view of a belt conveyor.
