PENTA has managed many successful projects utilizing methods of effective project management in design, procurement and construction. Our guiding principle is to collaborate as a team with the client to identify and understand their needs.

PENTA assigns a project team comprised of a Principal, Project Manager and selected lead professionals from each discipline to meet the specific needs of the project. Team members are selected based upon a combination of qualifications, experience, availability and understanding of the type of work to be executed. Our multi-disciplinary team working as a task-force is key to maintaining exceptional communications and completing projects on time and within budget.

Our project managers are highly experienced in communication, scheduling, time management and other skills appropriate for effective project management. In turn, our project managers have at their disposal access to daily reports from the company network on resource utilization.
